Well the Tigrex is weak to water and the armour says he's not.

tigrex isnt weak to water, but he is weak to dragon and thunder, ranjang is weak to ice if your interested

Well why do they give you a high water weapon in training for him (Odyssey+)? And note that it's the download able one.
