I was on a good streak slaying monsters until......

In the hr3 guild quest i need to slay the rathalos, diablos and gravios to get to the shen gao ren( i think it's called)

i really want to get to it because you get to go on a castle and defend it .... yay

what tactics should i use to kill the beastS

what weapons r good for the rathalos and the others.

Erm...they're all weak to Ice as a start (Not Gaoren).
I used the Frost Edge+ on all of them.

I suggest Traps for the Rathalos and Sonic bombs for the Diablos. Flash bombs for both of them. The Gravios is slow and boring, so you'll need patience.

I used blango decimator for the diablos and rathalos, and anvil hammer on the Gravios.

Don't you mean Gravios?

Well for Gravios I can tell you two things:
A)Bring bombs LOTS of them
B)DO NOT use the Devil Slicer, I used it and died twice and slayed at 49:30(so I had 30 secs of quest left)

And also try and use a quick weapon since Gravios will drain your stamina if you guard non-stop.

by the way for future preference wot is the shen gao ren weak to and does it have armour or weapons if so wot is the defence etc

would frost edge (not the upgraded one) be any gopod at slaying the gravios

Frost Edge would take a while. It took me half an hour to kill the normal Gravios in the Village with it. So be prepared.

And Shen Gaoren is weak to Dragon, then Fire. He has armour which is...erm...either 48 or 64 (someone correct me if I am wrong) and not sure what the weapons are but I know they're crap.
