Very Odd Glitch... on Pokemon FireRed Game Boy Advance Message Board - Page 1

Okay, I restarted my game yesterday.
In my old file, I had the three Hoenn starters in my PC.

When I restarted, I started with a Squirtle.
When I walked around after I got my first Pokeballs, I encountered a Torchic in Route 1.

I caught it in disbelief and next encountered a Pidgey.

After the Pidgey, a Mudkip appeared. Then a Treecko.

I now have a level 7 Squirtle, a level 3 Treecko, a level 4 Torchic, a level 3 Pigdey and a level 5 Mudkip.

Weird, right?
