so okay i beat emerald and got kyogre/groudon/rayquaza and all 3 regis, i just need Latios/Latias an

so okay i beat emerald and got kyogre/groudon/rayquaza and all 3 regis, i just need Latios/Latias and i know i can only have one, i picked the blue one, anyway, i just shows up at random parts in hoenn? or is there somwhere i have to go? whats going on with this?

it will appear in the grass. randomly. i suggest flying around randomly and walking around in the grass.

i might as well give it a try, i figured since it was random i was switching of between the largest grass areas i could find.....

actually, it appears randomly when you pass over water, not grass. If you're looking in the grass, it might take you a while lol

and good choice, latios can be one of the best sweepers/closers in the game

oh, yeah, he's right. water, not grass, even though it will still work.i was thinking raikou, sry.

EHH yea thats how you get latios/latias in the water....Tho i think this topic shouldnt be here. It has to be in the emerald section.
