hey i need to sight 1 more poke'mon in my pok'e dex and im haveing trouble wiht number 135 in the sinnoh dex.
ps: its the poke'mon after finneon and befor tentacool.

u can actually catch it in the wild if u use the super rod at canalave city, valley windworks, fuego ironworks, iron island, route 205, 218, 219, 220, 221
