Is there a trainer for patch V1.4

Hello,

Does anyone know of a trainer that works with the patch V1.4 on NFS underground.

I want to be able to get unlimited NOS etc so I can race online and do multiplayer sessions with it.

Also, if it is possible can the NOS be unlimted without having to repress the button, or better still enabled all the time when you accelerate.

Any advise on a trainer that is safe without any viruses would be greatly appreciated.
