there is no code, its a key hidden in the shower room on the 3rd floor. theres a key in the first room across from the entrance on the 1st floor its the purple bull key, then theres the lapis eye key, then theres the number codes, 1 is in the second floor room on the right side as soon as you enter, the other is after you drop maria off on room s3 on the 3rd floor, theres a roof key, go to roof, go to the gate at the north side, then youll be knocked off by PH, youll be in the special treatment rooms, in the only unlocked door there is a blood splatter, look at it and you will get the second code, its hard to see but shouldnt take long to figure out, then go to the room at the far end of the hallway on the 3rd floor, use the keys and the codes on the box in that room, youll get a hair, go to the shower room, use the hair and the bent needle infront of the hole in the floor and you get the elevator key.
