If you are looking for the Password/Card Conversion Machine i think it is in between Obelisk Blue Girls' Dorm and the Beach.

no wait he's wrong!,you should wait until chancellor sheppard(i think that's his name) to tell you that something has opened(a lab) in between the beach and obelisk blue girls

I have part 2 of this game so i don't know if it is the same thing. It is at the bottom floor of a lab between the Girls Dorm and the Beach
