The 2 famous cheat codes on Half-Life 2: Episode Two PC Message Board - Page 1

Two simple cheats taken from Half Life:
First enable cheats in the console by typing
sv_cheats 1

Then the two famous cheats:
god - which ofcourse is god mode
impulse 101 - all weapons and ammo

Enjoy this simple cheat list.

i tried the famous sv_cheat 1
but said unknown command ?!?!
ill add sv_cheat 1 to the shortcut command line see if that enables it

for me worked something else: i brought the console down by pressing ~, and the i just typed impulse 101, god, givecurrentammo
all of them worked

It is always possible to use the following codes with the console, without the sv_cheats 1:

ai_disable (switch between on/off)
givecurrentammo # (where # is the quantity you want)

I like to take my time fighting the combine's armies, so I freeze them and kick with the crowbar or else without hurry

Btw, this "Episode Two" has really beautiful landscapes.

If you have trouble killing all the striders and hunters in time in the final battle level the ai_disable cheat makes it a simple task.Wait untill all striders locations are announced then enable this cheat.you can distroy all the hunters and blow up all the striders with them froze in place.

You can also turn the RPG damage to 1000 by pressing the console button and putting "sk_dmg_rpg 1000"
