kill the village chief elder dragon, but it may be a grank item i am not sure but i have loads... oh and how long did it take you to get the eternal strife and what quest were you doing to get the stone to make it?

I did the Kusha quests in 4* until they were gone and got 4.

I got the Small Ruststone while I was farming the volcano mines. And I just killed a Kushala Daora(4*starts Village quest) and I got no blood....

It's got a really low drop rate something like 1~5% drop chance. but sometimes you can get lucky and get like 3.

Also You have to kill it. It cant be repel because you carve the blood.
