I need help on the Ring Wyrm -- I can't Defeat it, and it's constant Healing is annoying.

I believe he is the one that is hidden in the Tracks of the Beast area of the Giza Plains. U have to cut down all of the withered trees in the Giza Plains there's about 6 total
