ok so i've done the first part of this quest and now i'm to the point where he is supposed to agree to help me lift the curse. his disposition is maxed but he still says that he won't help me lift the curse and the quest is stuck there. did i do something wrong? is it maybe a glitch in the game? if anyone out there in video game world could help me out it would be greatly appreciated i've already paid for the place i'd like to move in!

You have to take the skeleton hand on the 1st floor. It will have a green glow.
