Is there a way to change amount of damage a weapon does and also a way to change the defense level of armour?

Yes by using powers up you find and buying at shops, like suits of armour and weapons show green and they can be combined.

Keep combining the armor/weapon like i did and you get the most powerfull armor/weapon. I can kill any creatures with just single blow >> one hit kill(without cheat).

I kind of knew that just wasn't sure how far you could go as far as combining them.

also when you get to higher levels the weapons and armor are stronger and available at the vendors I once had and armor that had 600/bashing/640/slashing/680of the other. there are better ones yet.

To UP the stats, it says to cook the item first ... How do you cook a single item so the stat increase can be used? The Brew Pot needs two or more items in it. What am I missing!
