The cheats don't work on the PS2 version sorry. It is a shame that they didn't allow cheats. Heres a trick though.
FASTER BUILD: When you are making a unit or building, keep clicking on the icon of what you're building. It will build faster.
Remember - The Yellow Eye sees all.
