Use the Master Ball you get from Team Galactic's leader, you dont need it for anything else, I'm pretty sure the rest can be caught with Dusk Balls and Ultra Balls.

Mespirit and Cresselia are the best choices for the Master Ball as they run from battle when you find them (also, Giratina is harder than Dialga/ Palkia due to level difference).

Yea Mespirit and Cresselia are better choices but I never bothered going after them. Giratina and Heatran you can use Dusk Balls on since they're in a cave, and they're twice as good as Ultra Balls so I did it that way instead.

easy way to get all of them with master balls with out a action replay for ds.... have ruby or fire read leaf green etc get 6 low lvl pokemon put master balls on them then put them in pal park, use the master ball you get in your game on dialga or palka (how ever you spell it) then beat game to open pal park catch your 6 low level pokemon with the master balls and there you have 6 master balls
