I need to know when/where are Muffy's Heart events, and how do I gt te blue feather

Muffys black heart event is in the Blue bar from 4pm to 6pm-nat a wednesday. Her purple heart event is on the beach from 9am to 11am-not a wednesday but raining. Her blue heart event is in the Blue bar from 6pm to 8pm-not a wednesday. Her yellow heart event is when you go out of your farm house between 9am and 12pm-in the summer on a sunny day. Hope i helped!... but i don't know where to get the blue feather

You get the blue feather when muffy's heart reaches a certain point I think it is red but you will here the harvest spirits outside and they will give it to you
