use the fishing net mini game but you need to have done the tigarex urgent i think first

Actually you can skip that quest and be able to still get the urgent but its better to just kill it. Use frogs when it swims away and use a fire or electric weapon if you have one. Otherwise just use a good long/great sword or a bow/bogun with thunder arrows/bullets.
