Well all i have is ceantaur mail, waist, and guards, blango helm, and legs and bone katana dragon for killing the tigrex should i go for it or not?

Thats good enough. Just remember to bring potions, flash bombs, and pitfall traps.

ok i should add something wat should i do to get eagle cleaver faster such as quest etc.

do gathering quests in the volcanoe for the ore as there are 12 mining points there and then do the 3 star khezu quests to get the electro sacs as he is so weak it shouldnt take long

The Khezu is weak to fire and cant see so bring dung bombs if you have any.
