well i got one and i dont know when or how, but i got one, what the hell does it do whats so special about it?

If you buy 10 poke balls they give you one for free. Its exactly the same as a poke ball only a different colour to celebrate some event, its nothing special, but its a free poke ball so I'm not complaining

you get one every time you buy 10 or more pokeballs...just buy 10 at a time to get the most lol.
