It would be easier on the chuul staff and we could get rid of all inactive members in one fell swoop.

Look at it this way; 16 x 4 would equal a total of 64 users. Split that up to 32 users a bracket, and there would be no byes. That would end up to almost unanimous matches in the very first round, something I would not look forward to. Also, I'd rather have a tournament where the top 16 users are rewarded with a bye round, rather than having everyone immediately enter a tourney with no sort of rewards for the top third. Also, with 32 users, the tournament would be short, having only two rounds before the quarterfinal day. Also, because of that, the weeks would be messed up, and I'd have to completely re-order the schedule for regular matches. Seasons would end a lot sooner than usual, therefore causing me to complete more seasons a year, create more brackets for the tournaments, AND spend more time with standings, which do take a hell of a lot more time to do than the match results.

All in all, it does look a bit easier, probably would be easier for the users who have been helping me out. However, I'd like a break, too.

Actually, I've heard that some members actually would prefer it if there was only a single season per year, that way the winner would be the "CHUUL Winner of 200X" instead of just "season one chuul winner."

I'm fine with anything, just makin' suggestions.

Who's doing the all time standings? I don't think those have been updated in a while. I'm just wondering though.
