what is the recomended lvl for a nidorino to evolve to a nidoking since a nidorino will learn posion jab at lvl 43 and nidoking learns earth power at lvl 43. but i want nidoking to learn megahorn at lvl 58 and nidorino knows horn drill at lvl 58 so please help me

let it evolve, my nidoking knows megahorn, poison jab, and horn drill, but not earthpower
