The game keeps constantly crashing all over the place.... I've tried reinstalling: Game, patches, drivers, servicepacks, editing services, directx, installing onto non-raided drives..etc, etc. I'm at a loss now on what to do.... The error message I get at the end of the "xray_user.log" is:

001B:0062238A xrCore.dll, IReader::r()

[error][ 1450] : Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

Hardware:
Dell Precision 690-Dual Intel Xeon 5150 (2.66GHz,1333Mhz,4MB) 750W
4GB DDR2 667 Quad Channel FBD Memory (4x1GB)
256MB nVidia Quadro FX3500 Graphics Card

being that it says Insufficient system resources try enlarging your page file and see if that helps you out.

I have the same problem with 1GB of RAM. Set pagefile at 4GB and it's exactly the same.
