Hey, I'm going to be getting the Action Replay for my DS and mainly being used for Pokemon; I've been on a few sites and apparently some people have made really hacked pokemon (Like a Blissy with all stats being 999), I was just wondering if anyone knew how to create/hack your own pokemon like that.
I've seen a lot of AR codes, but none specifying that; Thank you so much in advance

oh and p.s. any pokemon with hacked stat values greater than the games preset limit (like putting 999 as all stats) will lose their values if you put them in a pc so the only way to have a pokemon keep 999 for all stats is to forever keep it in your party
