A) Speak a language we can all understand, please. If that language is, miraculously, english, please talk in proper sentences.

B) Your account was banned for both sharing it and publicly announcing you were 11, when CHU's TOS states you need to be 13 to join.

chingy is right, you were banned for being underage. Email Pwizard for the permission slip your parents need to sign and fax to CHU HQ, that should get you here legally.

ah yes, I'd also put on your banhammer helmet...your still underage.
