I looked into this situation after everyone addressed it yesterday, and I actually came up with a conclusion.

Skip is the new baby's father (Skip is Brandy's dead husband) Before you say "Wel.. in teh memarys it sayzs difrent!!!1!11one1!1" let me explain.

It's true, if you look at Brandi's memories, it shows Skip died before Beau was born, meaning he wouldn't have been alive to get Brandi pregnant again. If you look at all the other memories, also take note that Brandi has never "woohooed" with any other person except Skip.

Now, if you shift your focus towards the story editor (the thing that looks like a story book where you can look at pictures you've taken) If you look at old photos there is one of Brandi giving birth to Beau...and guess who's there!!! Skip! According to the story editor, Skip was present at the birth of Beau and therefore around long enough to get Brandi pregnant again.

This is obviously a mistake on Maxis' part, but Skip has to be the father, because he's the only man Brandi had ever been with.

If you notice any other things to support either side of the argument, please post here. I think I pretty much got to the very bottom of it, but if you think you can dig a little further, be my guest.

That's true. Good investigation. Well it must have been a mistake I guess. Kind of silly. Thanks for solving the mystery

Or it could be the fact that Beau was only a baby, and he may not remember things when he is only a baby. But I dont know

I just verified that Skip is the dad. I played the Broke family until the new baby was born, then I went to his family tree and it says Skip is his dad.

I found it easier to just resurect Skip, i just hated to have him not actually in the family, im glad i did.
