I downloaded the savegame file and I have read the instructions, but it only tells me what the files

We currently don't have any Eragon trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

Perhaps in the save game folder. Make a backup of your existing saved game before you try anything.
