Now that people are making mods, my question is: will this trainer work with modded games or not?

No idea, we don't test with mods. How about you try it out and let us know?

It seems to vary. I tried it with C&C retarded 0.03 and the first time it didn't seem to work, but the game I just played today the fog of war option and the plasma armor option worked (didn't try the other options)

Well it's prob abit difficult for them to test the game with every mod out there. Much more easier if users feedback to them.

I think the first game where it didn't work on C&C Retarded mod must have been a glitch, because every game since it's worked, even on later versions of the same mod with much more widespread changes.
