course not you cant beat him coz hes dead but you could die if you keep runnin into the pipol /animals you killed use the reviving pill if you die.

You have to make it to the end of the river, and if you touch the Sorrow's skeleton, you will die, then just use the revival pill like you normally would if you used the fake-death pill, you will come to a cut scene and when you get to play again after the cutscene you will have the Sorrow's camo.
