i got an idea that you purposely die, than hold L2, use the reteivel pill, beat the game once, don't kill your self, get the pattriot out, keep on shooting with going forward, untill u reach the end of the river, u will still die, but u will get his camo.

Die then use the revial pill and you get his camo

If you want stealth camo and single action army hit every little frog hidden in every area and for the relover whaen your in the wig choose the right gun and you'll get those

you can get out of the cell by curing your wounds

you have to go through the stream and as your doing that don't die. at the end the sorrow has to send you back so you have to tuch him so he can kill you. you cant use any gameshark codes or it won't work. also every single person killed by you so far will be in it so your best bet is to not kill every body you see unless you wan't to spend an hour on it. when you complete it you will be awarded it spirit camo.
