I'm sorry, right now support is limited to those that downloaded the trainer from our website. We've created multiple versions and have no idea which one you may have downloaded from a leaked website. We also don't know if the website you downloaded it from has attached any malware or modified the code in any way which may have caused the trainer to malfunction.
You're welcome to seek support from the website you downloaded it from or wait until the trainer is officially released to the public and see if your problem is resolved by one of our updates.
For the record, we have many members that have had no problems with the options you mentioned or any of the other functions.

Now I've never quite heard of a trainer causing a hard PC reset. Thats very odd. We haven't had any other complaints with V2 and it's been downloaded MANY MANY times. We'll see if anyone else has any issues like this.
Were you using the two new options? Because there's no difference on the other options between the two releases.
