Happened 4-5 times. Doesn't happen with V1 at all.

One of the resets damaged some game files permanently coz both trainers would run but wouldn't "activate" anything anymore.

A game reinstall fixed it, but i'm back to using V1 with no problems.

btw, I used the same options on both trainers (1,2,4).

Were you using the two new options? Because there's no difference on the other options between the two releases.

from the 4 or 5 times I used v2, only the 1st time I used options 9 and 8 (followed Readme instructions).

The next few times I played it safe and didn't use the new options, but the same kept happening.

Also, I tried v2 once more after the reinstall but the same happened.

I'm back to v1 and no problems since yesterday.

But the problem only happens with v2 and not v1 even though the same drivers were used.
