Just approuch the Ebon Hawks ramp, you'll see an icon telling you to move forward into the ship, do so and after the load screen you'll be inside.

You probably don't have it yet...let everything play out on Taris first then you'll get it as you escape Daviks Estate. You'd be better of consulting a walkthrough then asking those kind of questions...
