I think that the problem that you are having is fixed in one of this patches

alright, i'll give that a try, if all else fails i can always just make due with the flashlight mod.

Emm...i have got a question here......the flashlight mod is fussing me out, you know? you see, i have to shoot a couple of bullets in a row THAN the the flashlight will appear flickering on the center of my screen(where the aiming area is). why can't it show automatically without any trouble???

did you restart from the point where you first get your armor and pistol? I had to, fortunately it was a new game so i hadn't progressed that far yet, so starting from the beginning wasn't a biggie, worked fine afterwards, no stuttering, full constant beam, all guns.

so are you saying that i should start the mod at the first level of Doom 3??? please tell me, i am gettin' fed up with this mod...
