you can have whatever weather you like. when your in one of your hoods (not lot) at the top left hand side theres the seasons logo click on it and change the 4 seasons to whatever you want.strangetown i have 3 summers & 1 fall,i have to buy a green house & sprinklers,but then i do with all my hoods.its said lots of spring weather makes for romantic sims-i dont know if thats true.hope this helps.

it located at the top left of your neighborhood screen where all your other expansion pack logos are located, all you have to do is click it and then you can change your seasons however you like.
