Good call on the save game, alas it came after I'd already restarted from Fort Frolic, but hopefully it'll help a load of other people.

i'm having a problem with way after the antidote lvl with the little sister, she gets like stuck and just talks to the "big daddy" do i need option #3 off for that too?

Make sure you're not using #7 on the trainer for the "proving grounds mission". Otherwise you are going to find it extremely difficult. I'm not sure if you have to have option #3 off for the "proving grounds, but I just completed it with it off and there were no bugs. I had options #1 and #2 on without problems.
