Uh hey, I tried downloading this trainer and every time I tab out to load the trainer when I go back to the game it crashes. I'm using the v1.2 CD stronghold collection version. Would REALLY really love to have this one working if anyone has any ideas to fix it. I wouldn't think the collection version would be any different from any other.
could be 3 party programs interfering with trainer. make sure no unnecessary programs are running in the background. also disable/uninstall AV software and firewall(temporarily) to see if this is causing the issue.
you may also want to try running the trainer in compatibility mode for an earlier version of windows and/or run trainer & game as administrator

Thanks for your suggestion! I tried what you said and it didn't seem to make a difference. I disabled my AV software, turned off my firewall and stopped some running program. However, I can alt tab out at the main menu and load it and it works fine. Then once I go into the briefing to start the game it crashes. It's probably something small keeping it from working, but not sure.
i followed the instructions for the trainer, run game tab out run trainer. problem is, sl does not like tabing out of game and wont load back in. have tried differnet settings but still no go. am open to suggestions, hate to think i wasted my money for a trainer that i cannot use.

This sounds like you have an issue with your video card drivers. Please ensure your drivers are up to date with official driver software.

It would be nice the trainer didn't crash the game. When I start the game it goes to the intro and all that. I turn on the trainer everything is still fine. When I go to the actual game it crashes.
