    my internal clock has run dry on pokemon sapphire which means all clock operated events don't happen any more. how would i go about fixing it as it has already happened once before and that was 2 years ago.

    Simple, this has happened to me before...

    Usually, starting a trade with Ruby (or any other pokemon game), seems to start the clock up again. You should be able to get these clock related events, and TV broadcasts AFTER the trade.

    I meant the internal battery on the game, not the console. But try what the other guy said anyway.
