The full trainer uses the same code and engine and as you can see, plenty of other people have it working fine. We have a trainer troubleshooting guide available to provide help:

Make sure you're loading the game first and then the trainer afterwards.

OK great, thanks for the update.

added another option to the trainer:

One Hit Kills- Take down Big Daddy with a single pistol shot (you don't have to use pistol. anything that causes damage to other entities in the game will do!). Be careful with this powerful option as enemies fighting enemies, etc. will cause them to die quickly as well!

Outstanding work chaps, totally brilliant. I have to wait until midnight on Thursday before I can start playing it but I knew if anyone was going to get a trainer working first it would be you guys..... well done again and I can't wait!!!!
