Okay this one has stumped me to, i can not find were to edit the food eating rate of the army but there is a eazy way to make it were you do not run out of food. (note in doing this editing you will have to start new)
simple go to you install place/data/Balance then frind a file called "GameBalanceResourceGeneral" now in this file go down to were you see "//Refinery" near the bottem and change all the first number 1.0 to 9.9 and this will make all the food/Ore/Lumber refined at the refinery into 20,000 food/wood/ore and you won't have to worry about food any longer, with this i have been able to make a 20,000 man army and still have full food houses
Always for the greater good. If only people could see that...
