Can somebody tell my how to get Collin's camera down from the ledge?First I burn the tree,then I start climbing but when I get to the top one of the pipes is broken and I dont know what to do from that moment.

Besides repair the pipes as you come to them you also have to sidle along the edges and switch pipes as you go.
The use wingardium L to lower the camera down.
It just tok me a few minutes to do this task. Good luck.
