hey i kn how to get arceus:
1. use the code on action replay
2. get mystery gift. get azure flute from mystery gift. play it at mt. coronet and battle/capture.
There is a lot more detail in order to get him and u can ask me for tha details if u want but i just cant seem to get him because i dont have an action replay or i am far away from tha mystery gift date (June 20-25) to get him.So if anyone out there has one and is willing to trade my name is Spooky and my friend code is 1160 7179 1715.
