And it depends on what he wants to do, if not by the end of the year then maybe early next year...he'll likely be coming back to the WWE not TNA.

I highly doubt that, especially after they pulled his videos and merchandise from there shops. The entire Benoit incident is a black eye in the face of the WWE, and I'm sure they would rather let bygones be bygones.

Sorry to go off topic, but Benoit is not going to be in SvR08, there was a big drama not to long ago with WWE making THQ pull Beniot out of the game.

Anyway back on topic, Hopefully Jericho will be back some time soon, but don't hold your breath.
