ok.. ive been trying to catch a freaken feebas for like a very long time. And i'm in mt cornet [thats where i first saw it] and now it's not even appearing... i've tryied all of the rods for like a really long time... i've tried fishing it out on my seel and have tried to encounter it by battle,but i'm not having any luck.. AND i do not have Wi-fi or AR... please help me out?

u have 2 go 2 the room in mt coronet with the big lake, surf out and fish
ps:it only fou 4 random squares in the lake and it changes all the time, so it will take a while
