YOU HAVE TO GET 493 MASTER BALLS. when u have modifier turned on,walk thru wild grass while pressing and holding L. then an arceus should pop up. if u have national dex its easier.. but u dont need it. then check and see if u still have 493 m balls. if u do, toss 1 and go thru grass again and another pokemon will pop up. it will give u every pokemon in dex in order from lasst to first.
u might want to have the code for all pokeballs.. IT WILL GIVE YOU MASTER BALLS..

ok i put in the code then i started my game, got my 493 masterballs then went into the grass then then held L but i just got a ponyta. 🤔 did i do somthing wrong.

This code gives you 493 Heart Scales in the items pocket of your bag.First after putting in the code on your AR and hitting start,when you get to the spot where you last saved,after game starts you must hit L + R to activate the cheat. Depending on the Pokemon you want, you have to find out it's Pokedex # from the National Pokedex. Once you do that,then you must subtract that number(the Pokedex #) from 493. The number you get after subtracting is what you have to toss out in Heart Scales. You go to the 493 Heart Scales in your items pocket and click on it and toss the number you came up with after subtracting. The number you get in Heart Scales after tossing should be the same Pokedex number of the Pokemon you want.If it is, then press and hold down the L button and walkout into any grass area. The first Pokemon that comes out will be a lvl 1 Pokemon. After that it will always come out lvl 100. If a Pokemon that you didn't want comes out then run and Hold L again and walk around. It will come out but lvl 100 only. Only the very 1st Pokemon that comes out will be a lvl 1.If that's what you wanted you need to save and turn your DS off and put the code in again and repeat the same process above again.
