Here's how to let evolve though it needs to be traded to evolve.e.g.:Gravelar, Porygon, Porygon 2...

Preparations: Have a Wi-Fi Connection Port. Give the pokemon you want it to evolve whatever things it needs to hold to evolve while being traded.Be prepared to lose the item that you gave the pokemon to evolve..........

1.Go to the GTS in Jublife City.

2.Go and log inside to WFC.

3.Put that pokemon on offer.Methods to prevent it from being traded are in the "Prevention For Having Your Pokemon Being Traded Away" Section.

4.Go and find a pokemon on Wi-Fi and trade it over to you.

5.Take your pokemon out.

6.It'll evlove.(If it doesn't, pm me with the method you used to do this)

[Prevention For Having Your Pokemon Being Traded Away]

1.(High Risk, High Secure):Ask for a pokemon that is the same as yours but at Lv100. So even if it's traded away, you get a Lv100 instead.

2.(Semi Risk, Semi Secure):Ask for a Pokemon that is impossible to be with a person at a low level.E.g.:Lv10 Infernape. However, If a hacker decides to do a hack to enable a Lv 10 Infernape, too bad.

3.(Semi Risk, High Secure): Ask for a lv that lower than 47 and ask for a Dialga or Palkia.

How to get Manaphy/Phionie:
Items Needed:
2 Nintendo DS's or Your's and a Friends(I did)
1 Pokemon Ranger game with Ranger Net
1 Pokemon Diamond/Pearl game

How to do it:

1: On Pokemon Ranger go to the Main Menu

2: Go to the Ranger Net

3: Press L+X+Left on the directional pad

4: It will ask you to enter a password. Enter P8M2-9D65-43H7 if that doesn't work, Enter Mg35Cpb84FW8.

5: It will say something like `A New Mission has Been Added'

6: Do the mission, you will get a Manaphy egg That they say makes you happy.

7: Turn on the DS with Pokemon Diamond/Pearl in it and go to the menu.

8: On the other DS go to Check the egg in the Ranger Net.

9: Tap Send Message

10: The other DS will respond with `Link with Pokemon Ranger'

11: On the other DS tap Transfer. Now you have an Egg!

How to Get Phione:

1: Put Manaphy in the Day-Care Center with a Ditto

2: The same thing you do with any egg.

3: If you were expecting Manaphy, then too bad Its a new Pokemon, Phione!

To get the "Mystery Gift" options in Diamond/Pearl, talk to the guy beside the woman on the third floor in Jublife TV Station. Say "Everyone" and "Happy" for the first question and "Wi-Fi" and "Connection" for the 2nd question. It'll enable the Mystery Gift option.
