hey guys i used to play and i was doing really well then i stopped playing it now i've started again and i've forgotten the best way to train my pokemon.
so if u have a good way of training talk to me thnx
if level 7 and under.. any monster that u run into.. kill it for experience 7 and above.. kill trainers monsters.. much better..

If your up to the ellite four and your main pokemon can take a beating try fighting a leader but have your pokemon you whant to train in your first slot and when the battle starts switch pokemon to your main and kill the monster and the pokemon you what to train will get a good amount of experiance.
