    Infernape(100) [Fire-Fight]
    Relaxed
    Razor Claw

    Flamethrower
    Stone Edge
    Fire Blast
    Close Combat

Fire Blast with Flamethrower is a bad idea, I suggest breeding some Chimchar and teach a male and female Slack off (you have to stop evolution for a while to learn it).

    Honchkrow(100) [Dark-Flying]
    Quirky
    Blackglasses

    Dark Pulse
    Haze
    Embargo
    Fly

    This one is fine.

    Manectric(100) [Electric]
    Gentle
    Lax Incense

    Thunderbolt
    Roar
    Iron Tail
    Charge Beam

Change Thunderbolt with a move that is guaranteed to inflict a status effect to combine with Roar (to inflict the status effect to the opponent's entire team).

    Gengar(Gaspar)(100) [Ghost-Poison]
    Hasty
    Spell Tag

    Hypnosis
    Dream Eater
    Shadow Ball
    Toxic

Hypnosis and toxic don't work well with each other, especially since you have Dream Eater (Basically if you use Toxic then you're limiting your self to Shadow Ball).

    Empoleon(100) [Water-Steel]
    Sassy
    Mystic Water

    Surf
    Rain Dance
    Ice Beam
    Flash Cannon

    Not bad.

    Torterra(100) [Grass-Ground]
    Naughty
    Miracle Seed

    Earthquake
    Sunny Day
    Solarbeam
    Synthesis

Your Torterra has been put together pretty well.

Team: 8/10 (put together well, however having the three opening pokemon can be predictable).

Move set: 4/10 (some are just bad [Gengar] however some are put together with some strategy in mind [Torterra]).

    Overall: 6/10

    Comments in bold.

Thanks, I must say I put more thought into Torterra and Empoleon than Gengar and Infernape, I had thought initially to do the Toxic/Double Team strategy with Gengar, but wanted for some reason to put hypnosis and either dream eater and/or nightmare to some use, and the fire blast/flamethrower thing..dunno how I came to that. Anyone have an idea for a move to replace fire blast with?

I dunno about manectric, iron Tail was a move to be used to fight rock-types, but now that I think about it, ground is the #1 threat, and the ground type will neutralize the super-effectiveness of iron tail on a pkemon such as golem. I would replace charge beam, but there seems to be a high change each time I use it that it will raise my special attack, which would improve Thunderbolt's effectiveness. Maybe I should just throw out iron tail for thunderwave.

Slack off.. That has the same effect as rest, but the pokemon loafs around for a turn right? Why dont I just teach him rest and give him a chesto berry, just about the same thing, and I wont lose a turn, although I will be sacrificing extra crits.

IIRC Slack Off is the normal version of Recover, Chimchar will learn it at level 39 and Monferno will learn it at level 46 (if you give a Chimchar EXP share You should only have to beat the Elite Four 2 or 3 times, then you can breed).

Flare Blitz is another option to use as a fire attack, also with Slack Off you won't have to worry about losing HP (this will also make all your attacks physical which means Adamant will be the best nature).

I'll try to stop before I completely re-design your pokemon.

ghos42 is right, a flare blitz/slack off combo would be quite potent, but remember, if you want to get the most out of your ev training, don't delay evolution, it'll take a lot longer, but your stats will benefit from it and in the end, it's worth it

    I'll give your team 2/10.
Besides Glacion you only have Legendaries, most people expect Legendaries and make move sets based on Legendaries weaknesses, you also only have 2 different types of attacks with a lot of your pokemon, against a water type the only attack that will have a decent effect is Giga Drain with your Groundon (where Solar Beam would be a lot better) also against a Gyarados you don't have any attack that is super effective.
