Do you mean Stark Mountain? TO get there, just go west from the survival area on the northwest island, then go north until you reach route 227, then just find your way up the mountain, and if youre still looking for a magmizer (was that you?) wild magby are on route 227 and in stark mountain if youve g0t leafgreen in the gba slot
