Usually, when you face a horde of bounty hunters their is one on one of their bodies. But you have to get it sliced open by Kiph in the cantina. And then afterwards when you have to get the encripted holodiscs for Dhagon, you have to kill Bakkel and their will be an open starport visa on her body. I know there is more, but those are the only two that come to mind.

He pretty much told you everything...just look on the bodies of the bounty hunters, you can also get one off of the Beast Rider thugs Bakkel.
