Is there a way to get the BMW at the end???

Complete the Reward Card for the BMW M3 GTR. Look under the reward cards section at the main menu for more details.

note that it can only be used in arcade mode, and you can't customize it, or use it in career (unless you use a trainer...)

only if there is a trainer to be able to do such a thing... trainers are programs that alter the memory of the game and not changing the game...for ex: inf nos: in the game memory is to decrease slowly, but with the trainer this thing is set by the trainer in the game memory to not decrease because the producers introduced this as a feature to decrease nos but the trainer eliminated it and now the bar of nos will remain always full...for most of the trainers this is the easiest way to alter the memory but there others ways to alter memory like keeping the bar at the latest drop of nos and this thing is the same as for the other features of the trainers like cops and such

there is one that makes all cars available in career mode, and then you must save the game to keep them in your storage... trust me I tried it... works like a charm, but it might create a few errors for others.

No but what I'm saying is that you don't need a trainer just to merely unlock it. You DO need one if its gna be used in Career.

well he might want it in career and thats what I pointed out in my first post about this... and I think we both know what each other are saying...
