LOL! Thunderous Duo is 2 Khezu's.

And it's easy. Use a fire weapon and have High Grade Earplug, oh and Hot Drinks with loads of Stamina stuff too.

A SUPER-SHORT Walkthrough:

Hit his legs, when he's on the floor, attack his neck/head, if you can't, get his tail. When he's doing his electric thing around his body, wait, theb as soon as he's finished go for a run and slash then quickly roll away just incase he does it again. If he's charging an electric ball DO NOT stay under him, otherwise he squshes you when he releases it and it's annoying. Get his wings or tail.

Ahhh, I felt like it. Oh and did you know that in dual fights, the monsters' HP (health) are both the same, BUT, both HP added together is the same as just ONE monster in the same rank quest (that's why single monsters are harder and that'z why it's faster for me to do dual fights).

Rathalos Firesword+ would work great but corona is good too. Try one more time with corona and if you fail, then get the firesword.

The Djinn is the best to get a job done.
It's just like the Blazing Falchion BUT the Djinn sharpness is WAAAY higher than the Blazing Falchion.
Oh and the Thunderous Duo with Red Khezu is the same, just don't use fire; use water

i use my golden falchion for the thunderous duo now, but the best weapon to use at the time is the dijin+, it looks better too, and i think that the dude who started the topic was talking about thunder and lightning, coz the names maybe confusing but you cant really mistake a khezu for a kirin can you...

Well the quest names do get confusing but the Kirin anf the Khezu both have pretty much the same ability and weakness.

Do you guys even read what he says? It IS he Khezu's because JaK said it's all he needs to do to get onto HR4
